Erin is awesome! She does my hair and waxes; I always leave feeling great and very satisfied! She is so personable, trendy, and offers great advice and ideas. You can tell that she loves what she does!

I've never trusted anyone with my hair; I've only been to a salon once in my life, only getting trims here and there from family. I decided I wanted a huge change (going from mid-back length hair my whole life to mostly buzzed), and I'm so glad I chose this place to do it. The place itself is clean and has a relaxed vibe about it. I was greeted right away upon entering. I chose Erin as my stylist, and I'm super pleased with her. She was timely, efficient, and kept the process flowing smoothly. She works wonders with those scissors! She shared what she knew about my hair type and gave me a lot of good tips for styling. Everyone I met was so friendly and excited to be part of this huge change. I'm so incredibly pleased with how my hair turned out, and just the whole experience was wonderful!

I was totally new to both this Salon and to Taylor but the salon was close to my office and I wanted to try a fairly dramatic change (going from very dark hair to a light ombre). Taylor helped me plan out a multi step process so it would be a gradual change. I absolutely LOVED the results. She even spent time showing me different ways to style my hair to break the styling slump I was in. I was so happy with the results that when my daughter wanted a keratin treatment and new, edgy cut on her long very curly/frizzy hair I took her up to Taylor despite the salon being over an hour from our home. She talked with my daughter and got to know her personality and gave her the perfect cut and silky smooth hair. I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone!

Every time I walk into this Salon I am a mess. I leave feeling like a princess. Not just because of the beautiful hair and face...but because the staff are so nice and compassionate.

I have been going to secret beauty spa for the past two years for different services the customer service is outstanding!! everyone in the salon always greets you with a smile.Brittany does an outstanding job when it comes to color and cut, also does an amazing job on pedicures and manicures and I get massages from Nancy.

I had recently moved to Cumberland last August and I was looking for a new place to get my hair styled/cut/colored for an affordable cost. I happened to just stop by and both the receptionist (sorry I forgot her name) and Brittany greeted me so kindly. After discussing cost I was more comfortable making an appointment and was thankful that Brittany was available to take me that day! I was so thrilled with the results of my cut/color and have received so many compliments since! Two months later my color is still holding up and every now and again I still get compliments from folks I haven't seen in awhile. Brittany was able to give me the one of the best cut and colors I've ever had and I'm so happy I gave Secret Beauty Spa a chance that day. My hair was so silky smooth and it just met every expectation I was hoping for. She used a shampoo and conditioner that was so invigorating and impressive that I bought right away. I actually recently changed to the number 4 of Nioxin hair system and I have really seen a difference in my density. I am now booking my second appointment and hopefully a nice massage soon to celebrate many accomplishment's and changes I've made in my life. I can't wait for my next appointment!
