My hairdresser was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I had to return for a "re-do" after most of the color faded within the first wash. I feel like the amount I was charged for the original appointment, I should not have had to pay again..for a "re-do".

Great service providers but.....
Why can't tip be added to credit card payment? Becomes inconvenient and I've not experienced this at any other hair salon ever. :).

Our non "tipping on a credit card" policy is becoming more common in our industry.
