I called the salon and explained I would be a new customer and that I needed someone eho was skilled at thin hair. I got an appointnent the next day. I made arrangements to leave work early and have my son dropped off there so I could be on time. I was barely greeted when I walked in and then sat and waiting while my stylist blow dried snd chatted with her customer 18 mins into MY appointment time. I was never offered sn explanation or apology. I left after waiting 23 mins. Terrible service
