Absolutely fantastic!!!!! My hair is long and they color and style it beautifully, . With my son who has a form of Autism they are punctual which any one with a child who has autism knows they can not wait. My son can not wait to go back.!!!

Great service providers but.....
Why can't tip be added to credit card payment? Becomes inconvenient and I've not experienced this at any other hair salon ever. :).

We at SBS try to be very accomadating to our valued clients/guests. We appreicate all feed back. Our non "tipping on a credit card" policy is becoming more common in our industry.

Brit gave me a Brazilian Blowout last week. It's my third one. If you're hesitant in any way about getting one, don't be. Bye bye frizz. It's an amazing process (well done by Brittany) that you'll be happy you did. Shinny hair, soft and silky, no frizz and my last one lasted 4-5 months. Why wait? Book now!

I have had a wonderful experience. Erin is fantastic. She cares about her clients and works hard to make them feel comfortable. She is also very skilled at coloring and cutting. Kelley has also been very helpful. I highly recommend Secret Beauty Spa to all.

I have been to Secret Beauty Spa twice for me and once for my son. Awesome experience!!!!! The staff are so adorable and friendly. The ambiance of the Salon is soothing and very cool...My son who is 18 got the best cut ever. He was extremely pleased with how great his hair looked. He has two cowlicks so cutting and styling is tough but this lovely girl gave him the best cut yet. My hair looks like hair again. It also feels like hair again. They have everything you could dream of there. Very beautiful stocking stuffers ... so far I bought a lovely grey knit wool headband with a beautiful flower with crystals. Excellent service!

BRIDES considering " on location" hair and makeup are cautioned to carefully examine and understand their contracts. Disappointed at the vagueness of the contract(s) and resulting issues that transpired. Also disallusioned that certain aspects of the process were not handled differently despite attempts at doing so. I hope our experience will result in an improved contract for upcoming brides. :(

We at SBS take pride in the personal individualized consultation process we have created. There is always a personal wedding coordinator assigned to every bride to consult properly before signing any agreement. If a bride forfeits this service, we at SBS believe the bride understands the terms of agreements she is signing. We strive to make sure there is always a constant open line of communication bewteen SBS and the bride. We work extremely hard in making our contract as simple as possible in order to elminate any unneeded stress. Our main focus is to make her wedding day run flawlessly.
